- Message: "Saskatoon, July 1st, 1908, Good morning Glory, No work for Ruben today so I am just sending off some letters & Post Cards. Here is a picture of the Boat that was wrecked there on Sunday afternoon June 7th. It was trying to make the River from Prince Albert to Winnipeg. But came to grief on the Buttment of this traffic bridge. I seen her on Sunday evening June 7th after church. The Boat was well fixed up inside and could carry about 120 people. Hope you have a pleasant Holiday. Yours in haste, Ruben Blue."
