"Printed in red ink on one side…. The fourteen large woodcuts which represent the stations of the cross are numbered I to XIV. Below each are three inscriptions, the first in Chippewa (Roman characters), the second in Cree (syllabic characters), and the third in French. The same woodcuts, with the same Chippewa and Cree inscriptions, but without the French, are also printed in Lacombe's 'Prieres [sic], cantiques, catéchisme, etc. en langue crise,' Montreal, 1886, pp.52-78.…" (Pilling, Bibliography of the Algonquian languages , page 284).
