Printing on front and verso of the 20,000 copies of this leaflet which were printed in September, 1937. Some were distributed, when a charge of defamatory libel (laid by one of the nine prominent Edmonton men named) led to a police raid and seizure of the leaflet. In the trial, November 8-15, Powell and Joseph Unwin, a member of the Alberta Legislature, were found guilty and given jail terms of six months and three months respectively.
