Morice, Adrien Gabriel (1859-1938.)
1859-1938. Catholic missionary and historian; from France to British Columbia, 1880; spent 19 years among the Denes there; founded a newspaper in Prince Albert called Le patriote de l'Ouest, 1911; moved to Winnipeg where he spent the remainder of his life, 1914; also used pseudonym Truth (Winnipeg Free Press, April 24, 1938).
