Born in Ontario; settled in Manitoba, 1881; settled in Edmonton, 1892, where her husband was in business; prominent in organizing first Baptist church congregation; brought the first lilacs to Edmonton; also known as Mrs Thomas Bellamy (Edmonton Journal, October 9, 1915).
