Spaulding, Norman, Ok.: University of Oklahoma Press, 1956, [1961], and [1967] (xxiii, 304p.). Rewritten and included in Cecil Pearl Dryden, Up the Columbia for furs , Caldwell, Id.: Caxton Printers, 1950 (309p.).
