Asking Questions
Questions may arise as you make your way around the site. In fact, we're hoping that your Peel discoveries will inspire you to want to know more about the authors, topics and events covered within the collection. It is important to us that you have a place where you can ask these questions and receive some assistance.
We also want to improve the site. We want to do our best to address any issues that are brought to our attention. We'll continue to tinker, improve and add to Peel by making use of your feedback.
Getting Answers
Research questions are handled by our library service staff who can be contacted by email, instant messaging, phone, or by paying the University of Alberta Libraries a visit. Contact information and hours of service are listed on the Libraries' Ask Us page.
Website related questions (e.g. copyright, linking, use of the materials, general feedback, reporting of bugs/technical issues) can be sent to us as outlined on our contact page.
If you find Peel useful or discover something interesting within the collection, we would be most interested in hearing your feedback and comments. Please send us an email and let us know how Peel was put to use.
